My role is to form partnerships with outpatient neuro clinics to bring Motus Nova’s innovative post-stroke rehab Home Exercise Program to patients who will benefit from this innovation.

Fitted clients for compression garments, provided education regarding compression. Worked with a small close-knit team to process hundreds of orders per week.Fitted clients and provided consultation for mastectomy bras and prosthetics.

Assisted supervising Physical Therapist in delivery of care to home bound patients, primarily seniors living in private homes and assisted living facilities. Guided patients with appropriate interventions, tracked patient progress and made modifications as necessary. Maintained up-to-date and thorough documentation for patient records.

Planned programs, activities and outings for the residents of Sholom's HUD Senior Living Facility, Menorah Plaza. Collaborated with the housing director and other staff to successfully oversee free food distribution program.
