Responsible for hiring and on-boarding senior consultants (Partners and Principals) across Europe (10 countries), from identification to integration including offer stage.- Defined and implemented a specific assessment process for consultants, uniquely adopted throughout Europe• Enhanced on-boarding and integration of consultants: launch of a robust mentoring program; creation of a “new joiners’ virtual community” • Assessed talent challenges and opportunities in each country, as a partner to business and HR leaders. Led new actions which improved the pipeline of diverse talent• Supported the successful roll out of Global Talent programs and wider HR initiatives such as: yearly European Principal promotion process, talent reviews, D&I and Culture projects• Successfully led multiple searches across geographies and practices, targeting both competition and other industries, resulting in the hiring of numerous consultants (nearly doubling 2016’s number) and in a significant cost reduction for the firm (due to a limited use of external agencies)
