ONxpress Transporation Partners has been chosen by Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx to transform GO rail for the GTA and Hamilton Areas. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team at ONxpress-CJV, I complete full cycle recruitment, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiating and on-boarding. Other projects include implementing various task-trackers, dashboards, creating work force plans and actively supporting initiatives to create a more inclusive talent acquisition process for candidates and staff.

Other responsibilities I have had include: - Talent sourcing using various external tools such as Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster and Indeed. - Conducting interviews with candidates and participating in scheduling interviews for staff. - Performing market research to provide new business and sale opportunities to my team members. - Post detailed job advertisements using a variety of different sources. - Screening candidate resumes daily and matching them to various job opportunities.
