Managed statutory reporting function for IRESS group, including Aus, UK, South East Asia, South Africa and Canada

Responsible for year end statutory reporting, external audit process and internal compliance for GE's subsidiaries in Australia across various industries: oil & gas, energy, healthcare, aviation, shared services.

Managed shared services - accounting and banking admin function of AXA Group, with a team of 10 staff. Main achievement: transition of the function to AMP from Melb to Sydney within 4 months.

Responsible for the monthly dashboard reporting, quarterly forecast, and annual budget for AXA Asia Pacific Group
