- Handles the entire Onboarding Process and Documentation for new hires in our Cebu site (endorsing new hires to our third-party vendor for Background Investigation process, endorsing new hires to our accredited clinic for Pre-Employment Medical Exam, monitor BI and PEME progress, monitor pre-employment requirements including critical to payroll documents, generate employment contracts and sending them out to the new hires for their review and signature, consistent updating of BI and PEME trackers)- Handles the entire PH Sourcing initiatives, programs, and events (Virtual Career Fairs, Facebook Job posting, Jobstreet posting)- Handles the critical PH Sourcing budget (conducts month-end sourcing utilization which includes Facebook Ad Liquidation, Jobstreet Utilization, Jobstreet credits update, ERP Payouts, released Signing Bonus using the TA Budget, updating the PH Sourcing Overall Calendar)- Handles and monitors the Employee Referral Program Incentive Payout (tracks and validates the ERP Incentive Payout upon referred new hires' third month)- Vendor management (follow-ups, endorsements, monthly cadence for calibration)- University linkages (coordinates with partner universities for any possible event or program launches)
