Catherine Schlomann Robertson is a partner of the firm. Ms. Robertson focuses on financial institution litigation, collection, pre-judgment remedies and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, and supplements her courtroom expertise by serving as outside general counsel for numerous clients in the commercial finance industry. She is a graduate of Chico State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance along with minors in both English and Law, and University of San Francisco School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 1988, while serving as Editor-In-Chief for the USF Law Forum and as extern to Thomas E. Carlson, United States Bankruptcy Judge.Ms. Robertson has supported the Silicon Valley community by serving as a Superior Judge Pro Tempore and regularly as a Small Claims Judge Pro Tempore, as Pro Bono counsel for indigent children through LACY (Legal Advocacy for Children and Youth), a decade-long volunteer for the Silicon Valley Humane Society and a member of the Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem Knights Hospitaller.
