Develop and find innovative ways to recruit, retain, expand, and promote business and economic opportunities in Idaho Falls. In addition, partner with the Public Works and Community Development Services Departments to streamline development processes. Tasked with meeting the needs of the private sector and seeks to make Idaho Falls attractive for development. Interfaces with economic development influencers throughout the state and region to encourage new businesses to locate within the city. Serves as the liaison between the city and government entities at the state and federal level. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to influence good policies and regulations.

Idaho Falls Downtown Development Corporation (IFDDC) advances the local historical downtown as the regional center for commerce, culture and leisure activities for residents and visitors.Developed strong relationships and collaboration between downtown business and property owners, City of Idaho Falls leaderships, partnering organizations statewide and downtown district stakeholders. Cooperation on infrastructure, construction and development projects impacting the Downtown Business District. Oversight of daily operations, staff management, created and deployed strategies for marketing and communications. Developed and implemented the downtown parking authority, Downtown PARK IF. Managed over 180 parking clients and 250 off-street parking stalls, 14-person board of directors, 6 person staff and 35-person volunteer pool Developed and maintained annual budget, memorandum of understandings, contracts, and accounts with City of Idaho Falls and Bonneville County. Hosted 22 events a year raising approximately $80,000 annually and ensuring safety of 25,000 participants collectively.

The Idaho Community Foundation's mission is to Enrich the Quality of Life Throughout Idaho and we are proud to have an impact in all 44 counties across the state. Primary duties included participating in the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of donors and fund creators in the 16 county area of east Idaho. Other activities included assisting with relationship building activities with current donors and members in the region, conducting marketing activities including public presentations, professional visits, and coordinating marketing materials, events and media contacts. Management of eastern region donor advised grant cycles and awards.
