Provides a range of supports for chronically homeless individuals living in the community, many of whom have concurrent mental illness, substance use and/or physical health issues. Using a strengths-based model, participates in the development and implementation of service plans, including assessment; goal setting, achievement and review; resource acquisition; and monitoring in the areas of daily living, financial, vocational/educational, social supports, health, harm reduction, culture, recovery and leisure/recreational supports. Provides daily supports including medication administration, building security, crisis intervention, health and recreational groups and general problem solving.

Bringing together those from Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Mission and Aldergrove. Helping to connect sponsorships, organize volunteers, and coordinate/run the annual Kidney Walks taking place, in Abbotsford, in June each year.

Providing safe, stimulating, and recreational support to three autistic non-verbal youth based on their independent needs. Assists with behavioral and nutritional care.

Managing a team of 17-20 people to ensure the health and safety of staff, visitors and residents living within the Tabor Village community. Hiring and onboarding new hires as necessary in order to maintain full screening coverage at three care facilities.

Worked closely with the billboard and paper ad providers to bring new ads to life. Worked daily with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Quickbooks to create invoices, check stock, and process new accounts and payments. Assisted the owner, sales team and other office staff with a variety of projects and tasks.
