Leading and developing voluntary income streams for the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust - based at the British Motor Museum. Creating and implementing fundraising plans to support the strategic growth of the organisation, by delivering a broad range of charitable giving. This includes Individual Giving, Grants & Trusts, Legacy and Corporate Giving opportunities. Securing funding at a range of levels including six figure donations.

Supporting the Fundraising activity for Dreamflight in the Midlands are. This includes supporting those taking part in Fundraising events and activities, administration of the regional social media accounts as well as sourcing t-shirt sponsors.

Managing a team of three, delivering a range of high-profile regional events including the Myton Santa Dash (2022 - 1000 participants, income of £45,000+) and Glow for Myton (2022 - 700 participants, raising £45,000+) as well as overseeing challenge events, event volunteers and ad hoc fundraisers. Key areas include:• Budget and project management, with multiple events being planned, delivered and concluded at any one time. • Data analysis.• Liaison with key stake holders, including the council and local authority. As well as supplier negotiation. • Marketing plans, ensuring the marketing department are fully briefed to ensure the maximum potential sign ups and income.• Risk assessments and Health and Safety Assessments. • Post event analysis.• Supporting the corporate team to secure sponsorship. • High level of supporter stewardship.

Researching, developing and organizing a diverse range of commercially successful events, focusing on challenge event fundraising opportunities. Developing new concepts as well as expanding participation and income from the existing event portfolio including overseas challenges. Supporting the delivering of Myton own events including Santa Dash, Glow, Cycle Challenge.

Fundraising from High Net Worth Individuals, Corporates, Trusts, Community, Individuals and Events. Part of a small successful capital campaign team, raising £1.6million to create the RDA National Training Centre on top of our annual income target.

Warwick

Responsibility for supporting 500 Member Groups around the country, with fundraising advice and support. Included delivering workshops, providing grant and trust research, support with funding applications, Fundraising Strategic planning, as well as running of the in house Grants program. Supporting Groups with funding needs between £100 and £1,000,000 for Capital Projects and general funds.

Warwick

Responsible for online shop and Christmas Card campaign. Purchasing of new merchandise, marketing including social media, online shop, financials, budgets etc.

Management of the recruitment and retention of membership to the society. Lead for members regional events to estates, farms and agricultural businesses. Management of external conferences for up to 200 people. Budget management. Organising of annual awards programme. All charity PR, Website (Including a full redesign), social media, marketing materials - planned, written, developed and approved solely.

The "student voice" for all students within the Moreton Morrell campus of Warwickshire College. This role ran alongside completing my degree. Thoroughly enjoyed the challenge!
