    As a Procurement Associate for the Cuff Business Unit I was responsible for receiving, processing, and tracking all subcontractor invoices, covering multiple contract types. Upon receipt of an invoice it was date stamped and entered into an internal spreadsheet. I would review the invoice for accuracy, signature and compliance to the appropriate subcontract. If there are no errors I would review the hours/dollars in SAP to ensure there was enough funding to allocate it to the appropriate line item. I would then create a cover sheet for the invoice and upload into TIDES for routing and approval. If there was a problem with the invoices and they need to be returned to the vendor I then would prepare a non-compliance letter to the vendor letting them know that there was a problem and that the invoice will need to be corrected and resubmitted for payment. I worked with all the vendors and with Corporate AP answering questions about the invoices that have been submitted for payment. Other responsibilities include preparing subcontract agreements, IDIQ's, and some PR’s for proposal efforts and existing contracts. This position was taken over by another employee.

    As the Business Unit Goods Receipt Administrator my primary responsibilities were to oversee the Goods Receipt process and assist end users with the E-Z order and SAP functions. To ensure the 2 day SAIC Goods Receipt policy was kept in compliance numerous reports are run off of SAP. Once the reports are run I would contact SCA/Buyers, Project Control, and the end users/goods recipient making sure the items had been received. If the case is that they had not received the items/services then I ask for the receipt date to be changed to reflect a more accurate date. In addition to managing the GR support for the Cuff Business Unit I was responsible for keeping electronic copies and a log/spreadsheet of all packing slips for the items/services received in the Business Unit. If required I would have also ordered supplies for the procurement staff through the EZ order system. Provide administrative support to Ms. Imhoff and Mr. Nowack relating to Travel Arrangements and the processing of expense reports.
