Reporting to the Senior Vice President\COO, serves as champion and key contact for all matters related to identified child specialty services and programs. Assists with the planning, marketing, performance attainment and professional recruitment relative to the services in alignment with ACH's mission, vision and strategic guidelines. Coordinates and facilitates interdisciplinary and interdepartmental buy-in and collaboration to accomplish goals with departmental leaders, physicians and Senior Administrative Leadership. Serves as strategic leader to monitor and respond to market changes in advancement of services and programs in support to the organization's standing as a center of excellence. Leads the ACH Policy Office.

Under general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, support the coordination and quality of all ACH policies and procedures clinical and administrative, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance. Establish and maintain an effective strategy for policy and procedure information-management, utilizing internal databases and communication tools. Track decision-making processes to ensure conformity with established policies and procedures. Act as an administrative representative to support and/or manage special projects as assigned. Coordinate the work of subject matter experts / policy owners & oversight groups. Serve as staff to any oversight groups connected to Policy and Procedure review and approval.

One year post-graduate training program in pediatric health services administration. Training program includes rotations through all operational and clinical departments, as well as assigned projects. Additional rotations may include the ACH Foundation and Research Institute, as well as other health care related community based organizations.
