Health and Wellness is not just my career field; it is my passion and one of the things that drives my purpose. My professional goals include educating and empowering people to improve their overall wellbeing—while helping businesses drive down healthcare costs through traditional and nontraditional wellness methods.In addition, I help clients—both in government and private entities—build health awareness of chronic conditions and provide resources to help employees improve their overall wellbeing. Currently, I serve as the Aetna Wellness Representative and Program Manager to the DC Government’s 36K employees.
