I provide advice on business and asset protection, trust management and estate planning to a variety of clients. My clients include individuals and families with complex and varied business and personal arrangements. My aim is to provide straightforward advice to clients in what is often a stressful time for them. A major part of my work is understanding client and third party issues and working out legal solutions for them. This often includes establishing trusts and drafting other supporting documents. I regularly visit people in hospital and resthomes who cannot easily come into town. The formation and management of charitable trusts is an area I have a particular interest in. I also sit on the board of several major charitable trusts and community organisations.
