I am a self-motivated training and leadership professional with over 20 years of experience creating training materials, classroom teaching, and delivering solutions. In an ideal world, I get to step right in and take the initiative to invent or synthesize new solutions. I have spanned the boundaries in the training world, using Montessori with children as young as 18 months, developing and teaching an RPG-based writing program based on Joseph Campbell's favorite movie series for middle school boys along with other subjects at all grade levels, teaching all ages (PreK-Adult), and speaking to parents about learning across the nation. As an adult educator, I’ve taught corporate week long courses and delivered multi-semester post-secondary classes.My diverse experience allows me to design and create curricula, documentation, content, and training solutions personalized to customer needs, and I can lead and coach training and content development staff through complex projects.
