• Plan and teach 45-minute-long fitness classes for groups ranging from 5-30 individuals in order to promote their health and wellness, encourage physical and mental wellbeing, and create a welcoming environment for all patrons• Deliver presentations to other fitness and wellbeing staff and faculty on a wide variety of topics including ‘How to Level up your Kickboxing’; marketing oneself and one’s classes; and body positivity and inclusive language • Develop skills in specific class formats including but not limited to Barre, Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, and HIIT
