STA allowed me to use my love and knowledge of travel to succeed in this fast paced target-driven environment. Combining creative and logistical thinking to solve complex organisational problems. Excellent customer service and a sharp attention to detail were key.

A four month internship with the Alzheimer's Society furthered my experience of running successful fundraising events from conception, to fruition. ‘Memory Walk’ is the fundraising flagship for the charity, these mass participation events aim to not only raise money but awareness of the disease. My project load was to assist in the planning and execution.

I pride myself on having excellent communication skills and working in a school helped to refine these. I was require to cover lessons for students aged 11-18. This gave me valuable experience working with young people and improved my leadership and presentation skills as this role required flexibility as I had to deliver lessons with minimum preparation.
