Managed functional and marketing operations of seven subscription-based websites with a daily readership of more than 2,000 financial sector executives. Developed and managed processes for a nine-person website development team. Trained researchers to repurpose printed materials for digital presentation.

Managed production of media assets for an Internet-based elementary school history curriculum, including 220 historical illustrations, 26 animations, and 320 worksheets. Determined functional requirements and developed design guidelines to ensure seamless delivery on multiple media platforms. Created production, workflow, and asset tracking methodologies used by seven curriculum developers to create 252 one-hour lessons. All production goals were on or ahead of schedule and within budget.

Coordinated software and IT infrastructure testing to ensure Y2K readiness for more than 200 applications in use by the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). Collaborated with a team of three consultants to develop Freddie Mac’s 1/1/2000 turnover processing schedule and business continuity plan.

Managed privatization, regulatory, and utility sector development projects with teams of up to five people for domestic and foreign government clients, on time and within budgets ranging from $70K to $250K. Conducted market and technical research and analysis, developed marketing and communications plans, wrote operations and procedure manuals, and provided after-action guidance to clients. Provided on-site support to clients in South Africa, Bulgaria, Russia, Turkey, Romania, and the UK. Served as administrative liaison between Booz·Allen & Hamilton (South Africa), Ltd. and the corporate headquarters.
