As the Director of Embrace Consultancy, I am working with businesses to build emotional loyalty within their team by creating simple plans that focus on engagement, organisational values and culture.I am also seeking opportunities to share my experience and expertise with a wider audience through speaking engagements, building on my series of blogs.Further to this, I am a Director on the Advisory Board of Finesse Leisure Partnership, a community based Trust working to provide inclusive sports and leisure facilities.
