As finance partner to the oncology business unit, provide financial planning, modeling and analysis and business management with asset and clinical teams for the drug development trials and medical affairs wordlwide. Responsible for $200m in cancer compound drug development studies and trials, and 250 project managers, clinicians worldwide.

Established business and financial infrastructure, developed budgets, operating plan, financial accounting system and controls, and created operational procedures.
