• Involve largely for endorsement and media partnership for conferences and trainings across industries (e,g: general management, property, financial, supply chain & logistics, marketing & retail, engineering, oil & gas, legal and etc) in APAC and Middle East regions • Develop an event’s marketing campaign from idea conception through research, development and evaluation to actual delivery of completed campaign• Conduct research and endorsement on key associations and media partners per event based on credibility, geographical area and relevance • Draft invitations via phone calls and email invites along with follow-ups to secure contra agreements to lock in media partners and endorsers based on KPI set (Associations) for every event.• Develop marketing activities of web marketing; event listing, banner ad placement, email campaigns, press and post release, event write-up, inserts and advertisements to media partners and associations’ members.• Acquisitions and follow-ups of delegates to attend the event through marketing campaigns to ensure company future growth and generate income• Attend event to meet and build rapports with media partners representatives, associations representatives and delegates

• Handle sponsorship exercises for annual event, including clients sourcing, event scheduling of, visual screening and conducting pre and final guests list of large volume guests for RSVP. • Conduct briefings for sales personnel to liaise with clients on the event and sponsorship and prepare exhaustive lists for programs to event consultants on the number of pax. • In-charge in sourcing of and coordinating with event agencies, printing companies and clients regarding to the event and also in collection of door gifts and lucky draw prize to be distributed on the event. • Monitoring the attendance of guests and prepare corresponding proposals to concerned client company. Prepare the required materials prior to the event such as invitation cards, branding materials and door gifts. Coordinate with event consultant regarding the food and beverage to be serves, the lighting and PA system, entertainment programs, the point-of-sale materials such as buntings, posters and stickers and the itinerary. • Supervised productivity of technical programs which involved the PA systems and lighting to ensure systems are running effectively. Updates staff about the status of the status of the programs and activities involved through itinerary. Maintain and ensure that team members meet the itinerary’s requirement by team collaboration. Responsible for implementation of program from the beginning of the event to the end by eliciting suspense that is in-line with the theme of the night ‘surprise’.• Preparation of interoffice memoranda which analyse the event from a holistic approach; sales&marketing, financial, production and technical support. Issues potential clients list for future business prospects by developing long-term relationship with clients via PowerNight event.
