Client Service & Support Coordinator
Current- Provide administrative assisting, oversight and support for 28 agents and brokers representing more than 300 clients.
- Responsible for new client set-up within the appropriate systems and managing the work flow from application submission to policy delivery and payment.
- Manage new business submissions accurately and in a timely manner within the appropriate business systems generating new life policies.
- Ensure medical underwriting guidelines are met in application reviews.
- Work hand-in-hand with the underwriting department to monitor and track the progress and successful implementation of new business.
- Perform account service activities such as policy payments, premium offsets, surrenders, loan requests, cancellations and other various administrative changes.
