During those intense years, I had international leadership responsibilities. In 2004, I changed career a first time to join Borderless, a high end international executive search firm focusing on health, converting and processing industries. For 10 years, I led global search processes from early briefing to final on-boarding facilitation with both candidates and hiring teams.As an international consultant with global companies for +15 years, I experienced many of today’s leaders’ challenges. I felt that people need support to leverage their strengths and unleash their authentic selves.
