About Catherine Ladousse

30 years of high level corporate & branding acommunications in global companies in leading role of communication executive at international level in particular in technology industry i.e IBM and Lenovo. Strong interest in branding strategy, influencers programs and CSR dedicated to build company reputation. High focus on internal communication in particular through M&A strategy to ensure employees commitment.     As an independent, high-level advisory body, the Gender Equality Advisory Council (GEAC) develops recommendations on gender equality issues across the entire G7 agenda, bringing together experts from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. The first G7 GEAC was convened in 2018 by the then Canadian G7 Presidency. Since then, this advisory council has also been convened in 2019 under the French G7 Presidency, in 2021 under the British G7 Presidency followed by Germany’s G7 Presidency in 2022 and Japan in 2023. The composition of the 2024 GEAC under the Italian G7 Présidency has been finalized in consultation with Canada which will hold the G7 Presidency in 2025. The GEAC 2024 includes 17 members : 8 nominated by G7 countries for 2 years and 9 additionnal members from G7 and non G7 countries for one year
