Catherine is a business leader responsible for medium business development within Vodafone Business. Prior to this she was the Region Director for the North of the UK (Field Sales) at BT Enterprise, leading a team of c17 direct and 200 indirect staff across several BT local businesses located in Scotland and the North of England. Prior to joining BT, Catherine worked for Hutchison Telecom, Orange and EE. Including many years of sales management, over a 15 year period she was responsible for the acquisition sales of over 50% of the construction and engineering FTSE 250 companies operating in the UK and across the globe that contracted with EE and has forged a great reputation for using customer focus to overcome complexities.She has spent the last 6 years leading her high performing teams in the North region acrossseveral operating business’sthat have delivered the strongest year on year growth, supporting new and existing Small to Medium business in the UK. Catherine is tenacious and uses her passion and focus to lead her teams to deliver services which will deliver growth, prosperity and outstanding customer experience. She also feels that how people connect drives true success within business by keeping the customer at the heart of everything they do. She is also very passionate about her local area and is a key member of the North East chamber of commerce. Catherine lives in County Durham and loves the great outdoors. Her free time is spent walking and keeping fit however her passion are her adult daughters and her grandchildren who make her extremely proud.
