Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, responsible for leadership, contribution and implementation of the firm’s Human Resources strategy and overall management of the Canada Region HR team located in offices across Canada. An integral part of the role is working collaboratively with colleagues across Canada and globally on a broad spectrum of HR & operational projects, taking on both project lead and supporting roles as required. Managing complex employee relations (ER) matters and change, responsible for delivering solutions to business needs by working directly with the HR team and the Business Leaders. Part of the Global HR leadership team.

Reported to the Chief Talent Officer, and a member of the Talent Executive, responsible for all aspects of the talent experience in Deloitte’s 2 largest national client group. Led a team of up to 20 Talent professionals. Key member of the Deloitte Management Services Executive team responsible for creating and driving talent strategy for my client group.

Senior human resources professional reporting to the DMS National Talent Leader. Responsible for partnering with Talent and Finance leadership teams to ensure the strategic and effective management of talent for these two national services comprised of approximately 400 people. In addition, responsibility for leading DMS Recruitment nationally through a team of 10 Recruiters. Central Team Leader provided support and guidance on day to day issues to a large Toronto based team of HR professionals at the Manager and Senior Manager levels.

A leadership role with the primary responsibility of giving guidance and advice on talented related matters and ensuring that activities support business priorities. Provided a full range of HR support to the enabling areas within Deloitte, a client group of 450, including Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing/Sales, Finance, Facilities and Administration.

Provided HR Consultative services, ensuring the timely, accurate, and appropriate delivery of a full range of Human Resources services to a defined client group. Areas of accountability included providing Consultative support for Leaders, Employee Relations & Employee Counselling, Performance Management, Absence Management (STD), Talent Planning, Salary Management, Recruitment.

The primary focus of this role was to implement and coordinate learning and development initiatives for a client group of approximately 700 people, assist Chartered Accounting students with the CA qualification process by coordinating the Uniform Final Examination Program (UFE) and coordination of the Co-op and Summer Student Programs.
