Oak Brook, Illinois

Facilities and Systems department external project manager who lead the design and implementation of four strategic technology services initiatives. Directed teams of 20 vendors and internal professionals involved in large project implementations. •Managed $3 M new technology implementation at corporate headquarters that completed six months ahead of schedule saving over $600 K. Worked directly with customers on all aspects of the implementation including the escalation and resolution of service issues. Communicated on a regular basis with the CEO's office on the status of the project.•Part of a team that moved 2100 people in a three month period. Created new procedures that simplified the move process. Worked with Department Coordinators to escalate and resolve service issues.
