I provided Business Partner and change management support to the Global Functions HR and Facilities teams. I worked closely with the HR leadership team in establishing a new European HR shared service centre; setting up talent planning processes and focusing on creating a strong and effective team culture. I also managed the HR graduate programme, including the orchestration of annual rotations and a programme evaluation.

Promoted to Senior Advisor after 14 months, I provided pro-active Employee Relations/Policy support and guidance to the business, both through day-to-day case management, informing decision-making through legal advice, and through more in-depth support and project management during organisation restructure and consultation processes.

I provided policy advice to employees and managers, created employment contracts, and led induction sessions for new hires at all levels. I was a leading member of ‘Project Liberate’; providing development & networking opportunities for UK administrative staff.

The Global Marketing, Sales & Innovation functions comprise a population of c/300 employees, located in over 8 countries world-wide. I assisted the HR Director and three HR Managers to provide HR support to these teams and to embed key talent initiatives.

The London Older People’s Programme was commissioned by the Department of Health & Social Care to drive whole-systems improvement for older people’s services across London. My role was to coordinate a range of workshops for networking and best-practice sharing, including a major final conference for 400 health and social care professionals.
