I’m an independent work psychologist/consultant who loves creating positive working environments where people can thrive and deliver their best work. I aim to dial up the 'human' element within teams and organisations, seeing this as more and more crucial within our increasingly digitalised working environment. I enjoy putting my academic knowledge plus 15 years’ corporate HR experience to good use in helping organisations get to the root of their challenges, and then designing/delivering bespoke solutions. These often include programmes to accelerate leadership/management skills or to develop teams and workplace culture. Often I will incorporate psychometric tools to improve awareness of self/others and promote positive behaviour change.
