I worked with sales and infrastructure team to complete 12 SaaS deployments. I helped implement processes, jira workflows, track deliverables from the client to deploy, validate, and test a new environment in 6 weeks down to 1 week. Work with our IBM client to scope out new infrastructure or networking requirements. These could be new features or for compliance reasons. My biggest accomplishment was scoping & delivering a new geo-routing system between two regions to meet compliance. It was a 8 week project completed successfully with no data loss and no down time.
