I helped implement processes, jira workflows, track deliverables from the client to deploy, validate, and test a new environment in 6 weeks down to 1 week. Work with our IBM client to scope out new infrastructure or networking requirements. These could be new features or for compliance reasons. My biggest accomplishment was scoping & delivering a new geo-routing system between two regions to meet compliance. It was a 8 week project completed successfully with no data loss and no down time. Work with with the security and compliance team to ensure the engineers provide the technical evidence ready for auditors. We have been successful with every audit so far. The team has been able to resolve security vulnerabilities within timeframe from 0% to 80% since the beginning of 2020.
