Increased wage index from .88 to .95 by utilizing suggestions from MHA statewide wage index project. Worked with E&Y to create interactive, multiyear projection model of hospital’s product lines. Reviewed revenue code impacts on chargemaster and cost report to collect appropriate reimbursement and minimize final settlement differences. Analyzed reimbursement impact of proposed contracts. Contributed to the development of a severity-adjusted reporting system for physicians on staff at hospital. Led build of Horizon Business Insight decision support and Pathways Contract Management systems.
