Support - Account Manager
Current- Act as first point of contact to provide technical support to the top 25% ENR construction enterprises in the States as well as few local municipalities
- Facilitate communication between IT directors/CIOs/Financial Managers externally and internal teams (programmers, managers, etc.) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Manage the issue ticketing queue
- Discuss issue priorities and provide updates on scheduled weekly calls with clients, and raise issues at weekly meetings with Programming leads
- Maintain business partner contact and systems information as well as guiding clients with their upgrading/patching up plans
