Deliver technical demonstrations of the leading cloud-based Saas ERP (Desktop and Mobile) with a focus on Job Costing and Project Management to Project Owners, Construction Managers, General Contractors & Specialty Contractors.Within the first month in the role, conducted technical demonstrations of the Project Management modules to external stakeholders which is typically conducted a minimum of 6 months after starting in the role. Product knowledge increased two-folds by successfully showcasing new topics within Job Costing including Subcontract Management, Change Management, Job Forecasting & Microsoft Integration Packages. Complete RFPs by answering technical questions regarding the software to prospective clients including recommended solutions, and screenshots to provide visuals from the environment to support responses. In the recent past, conducted in-depth discovery calls with prospective clients to learn about any inefficiencies from current software being used to identify gaps or deficiencies in business processes to tailor demonstrations within CMiC.

In the span of 5 months, conducted over 150 training sessions independently to C-Suite Executives & Project Managers for CMiC Modules including Project Management Programs, Field Mobile App & Microsoft Outlook Plugin integration.Lead Business Process Mapping (BPM) to understand new customer Business Processes, determine and discuss future-state post implementation, identify GAPs and provide solutions.Document and identify Business Flows, discuss with C-level Executives and Directors, and update prior to or during redline sessions to determine best method for implementation, training and successful go-live.Demonstrate system capabilities and address issues and concerns with clients.Train and onboard CMIC Consultants in preparation for customer training sessions, BPM, core system setup and design.Within 6 months of joining, named the residential expert on the Field side for internal questions on the system.
