It’s important to appreciate your past, and I could not appreciate Rutgers University, New Brunswick more than anything else. The experiences, knowledge and skills provided to me have shaped me into an analytical person who aspires to not only share my knowledge with others, but continue to learn as much as possible. I graduated in May 2023 with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. My courses have provided me with a deeper understanding of data analysis, econometrics, and management skills. Additionally, I have taken classes like psychology, political science and labor law which have provided me with a deeper understanding of how to lead both effectively and efficiently in a way that motivates people to work their best.My career interests include management consultation as well as business and economic principles. I enjoy working both independently and within groups of other people. As the manager of a local store, I was in charge of mentoring, coordinating, and leading the staff to provide the best possible service for the customers. This job has allowed me to work under pressure and get a better understanding of how important good customer service is. I am currently open to full-time job opportunities, as well as mentorship and career advice.
