Projects of Note:Inter Plant Jumper Line – Designed a jumper line that fixed the problem of production loss do to over heating during summer months. In the last year there was no longer any production losses due to this problems. This jumper line had to agree with both plants operating mentalities and redirect 1500m3/hr. of hot pressurized water. This involved AFT Fathom model, Hydraulic Reports, RO sizing, PSV sizing P&IDs, LDTs, Tie-in lists, Datasheets and a BDEP. Filtration System to Recycle Process Water – Designed a filter system to filter process water to below 40 microns to be used as gland water. This involved AFT Fathom model, P&IDs, LDTs, Tie-in lists, Datasheets and a BDEP. It was determined that this filtration facility saved the client 2 million dollars in its first 2 months of operation. Flare Studies for Multiple Gas Plants – Flare studies were completed to ensure the safety and adequacy of the current flare systems; this involved a flare study report, Flarenet models, PSV Sizing, Flare Sizing and Flare Knock out Drum Sizing. OSLI Water Technology Development Centre - Development of a world-class produced water technology center hot-coupled to an operating SAGD facility to test PW separation, treatment and recycling technologies using live samples. Assisted in preparing P&IDs, LDTs, Tie-In Lists and Instrument Air requirements.
