Broad experience over 25 years in NZ and the UK, in addition to OPS, Cath has undertaken strategic and independent business reviews, assisting boards with exit and or restructuring initiatives, investment committee member, taken on day to day management of a business while trading through insolvencies, board / advisory board roles, financial due diligence, raising debt and equity, and valuations.
