My duties include customer support and troubleshooting issues with computers, both hardware and software. Some of my duties including imaging and placing of workstations when they need to be replaced due to age or problems with the machine. I also replace other hardware attached to the computers such as badge readers, speech microphones, barcode readers and signature pads. I work with customers training in proper use of the computers and how to keep themselves safe from malicious software. Working with customers to make sure they feel comfortable with the computer they are using and the software on it. I also cover for our helpdesk staff answering the helpdesk line and building accounts both in active directory and requests for needed access in Epic.
