  Manage a block of 500+ policies. Work directly with the client to ensure accurate billing and effectively resolving billing enquiries.• Uncovered a long standing and complex billing issue, taking the time to investigate the issue and resolve it. Collaborated with Management and sales, resolving the issue ahead of schedule.• Review all new blocks of policies once assigned, and ensure they are “clean”: clear of any issues such as partial payments, misallocated payments and incorrect calculations of adjustments. This also ensures that when blocks of policies are then transferred to other colleagues, they receive “clean” policies.• Introduced a quicker and more efficient way to research missed payments by using identification numbers when saving online banking payments. This new process was quickly adopted across the department.• Proactive, digging that one degree deeper to uncover potential issues. Uncovered an issue with how a client was reporting their self-accounting premium - over reporting and paying premium for more coverage than their group was eligible for.
