Current• Heavy and efficient Outlook calendaring of CEO’s schedule and materials preparation.• Preparing personal financial statements and budgets. Work with attorneys, tax advisors and financial planners for long term estate planning.• Purchase and management of corporate aircraft (G150/Challenger 604). Coordinate with attorneys and tax advisors for proper reconciliation to Washington State laws and practices.• Purchase and management of $3.7M aircraft hangar/4,500 Sf of offices.• Project Manager on a $1.2M, 18k Sf buildout and corporate relocation. Completed subsequent buildout of $500,000, 7k Sf. Worked directly with architect/designer, contractor, and subs. Entire relocation of 100+ employees over one weekend.• Various corporate location remodels/buildouts. Travel to Alaska, California, and multiple Washington locations to complete projects efficiently. • Event coordination for Board of Director's, Shareholders, offsite executive strategy meetings, and employee appreciation events.• Payables to include all household expenses for multiple residences.• Management of family personal insurance to include residential homeowners, valuable articles, auto, watercraft and personal aviation insurance. Setting limits, deductibles, coverages, and handling of all claims to include multiple residences.
