What Next? is a free-to-access movement that brings small and large organisations and freelancers together to debate and shape arts & culture in the UK. Through regional What Next? Chapters and regular UK wide meetings, we convene a space to bring together the breadth of leadership within the arts and culture sector.

Managing a membership organization of Fringe Festivals. Hosting networking events for Fringe Producers, running workshops, creating resources and tools for the engagement of festivals. Hosts of the biennial World Fringe Congress with delegates from Fringe festivals, coming together to discuss ‘Fringe’.

Bringing cultural animation to the streets and venues of Vauxhall in partnership with Lambeth Council. Working with cultural planners and creatives. A weekend festival of light and fire called Brilliant Vauxhall, recreating an exploration of the Pleasure Gardens in the Victorian era with circus and outdoor artists, an annual week of pop up Christmas Choirs and a monthly outdoor Bearpit Karaoke with the world-famous Joe Hatchiban from Berlin.

Programming the creative content for Cowley Road Carnival which is a street carnival in Oxford with an audience of 45,000. Working with community groups, arts organisations and venues to bring together a programme of culturally eclectic music, dance, outdoor arts, and a vibrant procession. Coordinating an arts council funded project to improve the artistic quality through commissioning and programme diversity, and training local associate producers for creative sustainability

Project management of The Sussex Beacon fundraising events, and working in the community to engage and support the promotion of Community events. This involves advising on, managing, programming and marketing cabaret and theatre shows, outdoor events, Easter parades and Pride parades, music concerts, comedy shows, gala dinners, exhibitions, and project management of The Garden Gadabout, the largest open garden scheme in the South East, incorporating unusual community spaces, private and public gardens. Volunteer Coordinator, Brighton Half Marathon, 2008 - 2011(in aid of Sussex Beacon)Now in its 22nd year, the Brighton Half Marathon is one of the longest established and most popular seafront road race events in the UK. Working with the key agencies and companies to ensure smooth planning and coordination of the event. Recruit and coordinate 250 volunteers. Managed equipment and build of the race structure, overseeing the branding and production teams.

Working with Brighton Fringe, on the outdoor showcase Fringe City. Acting as Fringe liaison with sponsors, local government and agencies. Dealing with event licenses, PRS, road closures and concessions. Ensuring the smooth running of the events, following Health and Safety procedures. Planning the launch party, media and networking events. Working with programmers, artist liaison, and coordinating volunteers.
