Code Lead: manage the maintenance and improvement of multiple internal R packages, including enforcing security requirements, monitoring code quality, and delegating tasks. Currently code lead on four packages and two analysis script repositories.R Programmer: Develop functions, maintain, compile, and debug R code for internal packages and analysis scripts.Fatalysis Data Analyst: Perform meta analyses and data queries from an internal database, then advise on how the output can be used. Train new data analysts on the fatalysis database and how to query/process data appropriately. Delegate queries amongst the fatalysis data analysts.Statistical Analyst: QA/QC data, manipulate data, produce graphs and tables, and perform standard bat and avian analyses.Avian Use Lead Analyst: Coordinate with biologists and analysts to improve project standardization, ensure the statistical validity of study decisions, and develop an analysis plan.Supervisor: Supervise one programming technician. Assist in workload management, mentor in technical skills, give career advice and guidance. Advocate on behalf of the technician to upper management.Machine Learning Analyst: Use Python and SQL to store, manipulate, and analyze data for machine learning projects.
