Covering London and the South East, the role of Recruitment Resourcer sees me supporting the Trade Recruitment Co-ordinator and our management team with recruitment across our retail estate of 70 managed pubs, restaurants and Hotels.My job sees me supporting our 70 pub General Managers and securing great new talent across all levels for the pubs including new General and Deputy Managers, Kitchen Managers, Head and Sous Chefs, right through to line chefs and front of house staff. I support six Regional District Managers and undertake the advertising for all roles, sifting and selecting for the General Manager and Head Chef vacancies. We currently employ over 1000 people across our managed estate and we know that having trained, dedicated and passionate staff on board is crucial to the success of our individual sites.
