• Being promoted internally after just 4 months into working for Civica. Successfully passing an extensive recruitment process and assessment day. • Enrolling on to my degree and beginning to work towards a BSC in Project management provided by Northumbria University.

• Meet with stakeholders to understand requirements, scope and expectations of the project and how the system will work for the business.• Be a point of contact throughout a project to be on hand support for the project manager, any end users or any other participants within the business.• Liaise with clients at all stages of the project to ensure expectations are set and maintained, gaining approval and sign off throughout the process.• Configure/build within the system, including automatic communications (emails, letters and texts) fired based on different conditions and filters. • Present and demonstrate said system, gain client approval and sign off. • Train end users in groups or on a 1-1 basis of how to be confident and competent in use of the software. • Manage time efficiently with multiple projects running concurrently.

• Working with the new cloud based Oracle HR system ‘my HR’ as part of the system support team in Salford Quays HR Head office • My role involved being a part of the support desk team, answering queries and troubleshooting issues for colleagues in stores / head office and anywhere across the business• Maintaining tickets and escalating cases, liaising with the various international Third Party Team’s (Azure, Oracle Devops, SDworx etc) to understand root causes to our system issues before cascading and training the findings out to the wider team• Supporting the call centre side of the office on and around pay day, answering complex pay queries and breaking down colleagues pay while hitting service KPI's

• Enrolling on the 'stepping into Team Manager' program and successfully passing this, landing a full time Team Manager position in a Simply Food store• Successfully completed my level 2 and level 3 food safety and hygiene courses, my Barista training hosted by Matthew Algie and also my Personal Licence holder (APLH) course. All while working in a fast paced Hospitality environment• I managed a team of 20+, managing staffing levels, holidays, reviewing sales and service scores and performance management

• Working in the Menswear department as a sales assistant in the Manchester Market Street store• Hitting weekly and monthly service KPI's by delivering fantastic service to customers, measured by both NPS and customer written comments• Stock management and stock replenishment was a huge part of my role as well as visual merchandising • Personally running the commercial Facebook page for the store with an organic reach of 100,000 at it's peak. My role was to content create and keep the reach up with fun and engaging posts

• My third seasonal role with Neilson, previously working in both mainland Greece and Southern Italy. • This fun role involved delivering a stimulating and safe daytime/evening activity programme for children aged between 4 months -17 years old, including disabled children / children with additional needs• I was responsible for the children's safety both on and off the water, teaching them new skills such as sailing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. We also completed tennis and Zumba lessons with qualified instructors. • I helped organise and host evening hotel social events and presentations, and consistently met KPIs for achieving sale targets and customer service questionnaires. • Finishing my seasonal work winning the award for the 'Best Returning Nanny' as I smashed KPI's for the season
