I am an experienced internal communications and employee engagement specialist covering culture, change and brand organisation-wide programmes. I'm outcome driven while being flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organisation I'm working with. My roles have covered both strategic change programmes through to events management, channel management and development and delivery of employee engagement measurement activities. At the University of Portsmouth I have project managed an organisation-wide programme of activity for the rebrand of a University. This highly varied role has covered both strategic and tactical delivery from the initial employee consultation process to define the brand, through to the delivery of the new visual identity in to the University. I am now the Senior Corporate Communications Manager leading two team within the Marketing, Advancement and Communications Department. These teams are Internal Communications taking accountability for communications to staff and students, and Corporate Communications which provides a creative service to the University supporting our core print and digital campaigns predominately focused on student recruitment activity.
