- Be responsible for on-boarding/exit process, contract renewals;update employee's information;- Recruit the right talent for business needs; Sourcing, screening and offering the talent;- Organize campus recruitment activities; Intern’s Management;- Get involved with develop recruitment channels and contact with headhunter vendor;- Follow the Headquarters' requirement to conduct New Staff Orientation;- Be Responsible for regular theme parties, employee events and annual party;- Vendor management, solicit reliable vendors and establish vendor pool to support events,including photographer,cameraman, entertainer,event company;- Work closely with FESCO about payroll, benefits, commercial insurance, etc.- Create Designs, including posters, flyers, presentations, event invitation cards, emails, H5 WeChat Recruitment Post;- Design Mandarin Course PPT; prepare training materials and deliver training Course to foreign colleague.RESON FOR LEAVING: Headquarter ceased the business operations in China.
