The Settlement Coordinator plays a very critical role in the negotiations process. They are the “GATEKEEPERS” for the negotiators. Everything must go through the Coordinator. This department is responsible for sifting through all of the information so that only relevant offers or problems make it through to the negotiations team. The Settlement Coordinator is also responsible for doing the initial Welcome Call with all new clients assigned to them, and contacting the client monthly to check in on their situation and ensure they understand the program. They handle the daily maintenance and updates on the account and act as the contact person for their program. Work Environment: Highly motivated, fast paced call center atmosphereSkills: Multi-tasking, typing, basic computer skills, faxing, able to work with short deadlines, detail oriented and have excellent work ethic and phone skills.
