Catherine has over 20 years of experience successfully executing projects as a Project Manager, Business Analyst and an Organizational Change Management professional. She is skilled at facilitating working sessions with staff at all levels of an organization to seek out the details of what is happening, crafting a solution, presenting that to Executive Management, and seeking approval to execute the project.Her ‘happiest’ time is spent working directly with her clients whether it be eliciting and confirming requirements, assessing the impact of the change on the overall organization and the people who work there, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, updating operational documentation, and anything else that will benefit the outcome of the project for the client.Catherine achieved her Certified Change Management Professional qualification in late 2022, choosing this credential as proof of her ability to craft creating organizational change management plans, and successfully implement them. For 2023, she plans to continue to collaborate with her network of professionals as she continue to grow her company, Deluca & Co.
