My role as an HR Business Analyst includes leading a global HR SAP Security team and working with our IT SAP Service Desk, performing user analyses for provisioning and auditing SAP access. Through this experience I developed and facilitated a more efficient, accurate and standard process for role testing during implementations and support pack upgrades, which was adopted globally by other departments within my company. Currently I am the HR lead on the implementation project team and have successfully designed HR SAP security roles and provisioned them for 8,000 newly acquired employees.
