Job Description:Senior Telecom Analysto Telecom Analyst responsibilities: Telecom Audit preparation• Documentation of services invoiced across multiple locations and multiple vendors• Creation of baseline inventory to enable our team to provide optimization recommendations Project Management • Communication with Pioneer Technology Project Management team with updates• Communicate with customer with status of overall project Procurement of telecom orders• Pre-complete vendor agreements in preparation to customer signature• Procurement of contract to appropriate vendor (MicroCorp, Consulting & Marketing, P2 Telecom, etc)• Follow installation process• Communication to customer contact via Smartsheet or Datto Backup support for telecom trouble tickets• Support / assist service desk with telecom trouble tickets as needed
