CurrentAs a business consultant, I offer solutions to the two biggest challenges that business owners and Human Resource Representatives face today: the spiraling, out-of-control cost of health care and attracting and retaining qualified, educated employees. I offer several programs and value-added services that will provide solutions to the company and provide employees with financial peace of mind at a time of illness, injury, or disability. I provide employee education, conduct enrollments, and provide post-enrollment services, eliminating burdensome enrollment and administrative duties for client. Companies with little to no budget for benefits can offer plans to boost workplace morale and productivity. Companies with robust benefit programs can enhance them further in unique and meaningful ways. My goal is to provide mutual benefits to the employer and employees through unique and valuable worksite benefits.For independent contractors and individuals not part of a workplace environment, I can create individual stand-alone benefit packages or one to complement existing benefits already in place.I enjoy making an impact both on my employers' bottom lines, when they need it the most in today's economy; and my policyholders’ lives by being there when they need it the most.
