During my tenure, total sales increased from $120m to $171.5m with over 4,500 active SKU’s at end of 2018. • Proactively reviewed new concepts to identify potential manufacturing or quality issues, long lead-time materials or processes, and cost savings opportunities, offering alternative options and driving best compromise between Design/Marketing/Merchandising stakeholders and the supply chain.• Interacted daily with HbI sourcing staff in corporate hubs worldwide and with vendors and agents across Asia, Europe, and Central America monitoring timeline adherence and issues across multiple products/businesses and seasonal calendars.
