Team lead in the Porting of Mobile Phones project transitioning 4000 mobile and telemetry services between providers. Team lead in implementation of new procurement processes and procedures for new telecommunications provider.

Team lead in the production of the departmental Annual Financial Statements and Annual Report financials and the associated research and management reports regarding the application of Australian Accounting Standards to the Department.

Management of departmental assets including development of policies, procedures, training, system reconciliation and financial statement reporting. Team lead in the configuration, implementation, data manipulation and data integrity of the SAP system and assets module into the department's of Transport and Main Roads.
